To review your clients' plans, check on the progress of an application or get a claim form, just login to our online system. If you need to complete your registration you can activate your account by clicking Activate account, or if you have forgotten your PIN, go to Forgotten PIN to retrieve your PIN. - Using your temporary PIN, click on the ‘Activate account’ button
- You will be asked for your username (your e-mail address) and three random digits from your temporary PIN
- After you have successfully completed the first part of the activation process, an automatic message will be sent to you as an e-mail with a unique web link. Click on this web link to complete the activation process
- After you have clicked the web link to complete the activation process, you will be directed to the login screen
- For security reasons, you will be asked to enter your username again and three random digits from your temporary PIN
- You will receive a message confirming that the registration process has been completed successfully and you have the opportunity to change your temporary six digit PIN to a number of your choice. We strongly recommend that you change your PIN.
