Our complaint's process

We take all complaints very seriously and to help resolve them as soon as possible, we have put the following procedures in place:

For your reference; if you refer the matter to the independent arbitrator, we will both be bound by the decision of that panel and you will not have the right of appeal to the Financial Ombudsman Service. However, if you refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service, you may still refer it for arbitration later.
